You are what you eat!
There are so much information on food, diets, healthy eating, Organic, Gluten etc.
For myself I found it so overwhelming on how much information is out there. Knowing what is good for you, what to eat can be very frustrating.
There were two different sites one said Turmeric is good for you and another saying it’s bad. I’ve read eating for your blood type, Eating an Alkaline diet, Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Carnivore, fat free, low fat, sugar free, etc.
I’ve tried a few different “diets.” Learning about what to eat and what it does to your body gave me clarity on how I’d like to eat. Changing what you eat is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
With all the information out there at our finger tips I chalked it down to: What did God intend for us to eat? I believe everything we are suppose to put in our bodies to keep us healthy and disease free, is made from our earth.
If you buy food, look at the ingredients, you should be able to read all of them and see that it is made out of actual food. If you can’t pronounce it you shouldn’t be eating it.
If Nature didn’t make it, than I don’t eat it. I had someone say “what about pasta?” If you take ALL NATURAL ingredients and make your own sure. At the end of the day if that’s ALL you eat, and huge plate full that is still considered “unhealthy eating.”
Buying pasta at Walmart for 0.99 cents is not what you should be eating. All whole foods is your goal to healthy eating.
Our body’s were made to beat virus’s and disease. With the help of the food we put in it.
