In a big pot you will add:
12 Cups of water
1 pound of Medium Ground Beef
Bring to a boil and cook until it's fully cooked
Add 6-8 Cups of Chopped Cabbage
Add 6 Cups of Carrots (or any root veggie of your choosing)
2 onions chopped
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp thyme
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
2 tsp salt (I use pink Himalayan Salt)
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup of cream
Mix 1/8 cup of Tapioca Starch in 1/2 cup water. Stir until it's dissolved
Pour into your Pot.
Add the lid and cook on Medium Heat until your vegetables reach your desired consistency.
